The Adler Planetarium is one of our favorite venues in Chicago. From the outdoor terrace with the best skyline of Chicago in the city, to the floor to ceiling windows and the perfect backup weather plan inside their geometric cafe - this venue is FIERCE!

Chris and Chereesca were a super fun, daring, bold couple that wanted to have a colorful, funky wedding that totally expressed who they were as a couple and as individuals. When Chereesca mentioned that she was going to rock a blue streak in her hair for her wedding day I knew we were a great match. I planned and designed this wedding and one of my favorite design elements were the neon orb chandeliers that hung from the ceiling of the Adler Planetarium Cafe and creating this funky geometrical shapes that looked like they were floating. And even better - we added flowers to it! Wow!!!

FIERCEST PART OF THIS WEDDING

The Fiercest part was when Chereesca and I teamed up to surprise Chris with a Chimpanzee Monkey ringer bearer! Yes, I hired an actor to dress up as a monkey and stroll into their ceremony to surprise Chris. A little background on this: On our first consultation meeting Chris expressed that he wanted to have a real monkey ring bearer. I told him this was not possible LOL but Chereesca and I remembered and still made it happen! Fierce is all about making your quirky, bold, and sometimes fabulously weird visions to life!
